Article (3) Use of Kesab Kar application services:
The parties are responsible for all agreements and payments made outside the application between the parties.The Kesab Kar application, according to the employer's needs, provides the opportunity to receive offers from different people. The employer is completely free to choose the skilled worker, and this program has no responsibility for the implementation of transactions, how, amount, quality, events and subsequent interactions of the parties.The Kesab Kar application provides the employer with only the information it has about the skilled worker. The employer can choose the right person for his work according to the records of the worker, experience, stars and previous reviews in his profile. The responsibility and manner and quality of the subsequent interactions of the parties are the responsibility of the parties and the Kesab Kar application will not be responsible in this regard.The Kesab Kar is committed to comply with all the applicable laws of Afghanistan in using the application services, to use the application for legal and customary purposes, and in any case, considering the commercial dignity of the application and Kesab Kar administration, not to commit any behavior that damage the credibility of the application. If the user's behavior causes damage to the business reputation of the application, compensation and the right to legal action are reserved.The employer is obliged to be present at the agreed time and place, otherwise he is obliged to pay the fee and the delay fee to the laborer.When applying for work, the employer must match his identity documents with the identity information registered in the Kesab Kar application.
